All service delivery details—including timelines, deliverables, and methods—are governed by the terms set forth in your Client Service Engagement Letter. Each Engagement Letter, which you will review and approve prior to payment, specifies:

  • The scope of services (e.g., tax return preparation, tax planning, bookkeeping, consulting)

  • Delivery methods and channels (e.g., TaxDome, email, phone, Zoom)

  • Specific fulfillment timeframes and milestones

Clients should refer to their signed Engagement Letter for exact delivery details.

2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, amounts (if any), and procedures are outlined in your Engagement Letter. The Engagement Letter will clearly state:

  • Conditions under which refunds may be requested

  • Applicable deadlines for cancellation or refund requests

  • Any administrative fees or adjustments

3. Return Policy

As Salt of the Earth CPA LLC provides professional and digital services rather than physical goods, there is no return process. All relevant terms are contained within your Engagement Letter.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights, notice requirements, and any associated fees are fully detailed in your Engagement Letter. Your Engagement Letter specifies:

  • How to submit a cancellation notice

  • Any fees or penalties for late cancellations

  • Treatment of work completed up to the cancellation date
