Tax Preparation
Accurate Filings From People Who Already Know Your Story
Tax preparation should be the final step of a plan, not a scramble against a deadline. As a Christian tax firm working alongside clients throughout the year on bookkeeping, planning, and advisory, we prepare your return with people who already understand your business, your ministry, or your family.

Who This Is For
Business owners, ministry leaders, clergy, nonprofits, and families looking for a Christian tax preparer, clergy tax preparation, or church tax filings support who want their return prepared accurately and filed on time by people who already understand their full financial picture.
Tax Preparation is the Fulfillment of Planning
Tax planning is where the strategy gets built. Tax preparation is where it actually pays off. A plan that never makes it onto a filed return is just a conversation, and a return prepared without a plan behind it is just paperwork. The two only work when they are connected.
That is why we do not treat preparation as a once-a-year task disconnected from everything that came before it. Every deduction, every entity election, every estimated payment we discussed with you throughout the year should show up exactly where it belongs when we file. If it does not, the planning did not do its job.
Why this matters
Most tax preparers only see your numbers once, in the spring, with no context for the decisions behind them. When the same firm handles your planning and your preparation, nothing gets lost in translation between the strategy and the filing. The return reflects the plan, instead of missing it.

As soon as you have them. The earlier we receive your documents, the more time we have to review your return carefully and catch anything that needs attention before deadlines are tight.
-
Reach out to us right away. Responding quickly and correctly to a notice matters, and we would rather help you address it early than have it sit and grow into a bigger problem.
-
Yes. We regularly help new clients respond to an IRS or state notice even when we did not prepare the original return. We will review the notice and the return it relates to, tell you plainly what is actually going on, and handle the response so you are not left guessing what it means or what happens if you ignore it.
